Really fast delivery, plus fast respons when i wrote to Them:)

Cute items but thin material, bad quality, items are very marked-up. I ordered 2 jackets which have the tag "Lioness".. looked them up and turns out they are available on amazon and other websites for much cheaper... I regret not thrifting the jackets instead and I wish the site had a feature for product reviews so I could let others know.

Great experience, ordered at 1pm received the next day 9am.
I have to say they have improved in terms of quality. It used to be very sheered and lack of seam work. The current styles fit well and are true to size.

I totally recommend shopping with Showpo, they have given me the best service. I can't wait to purchase more clothes from them.

Awful. I ordered a 2-piece set. Only received the pants. When I reached Out to customer service, they said that set was sold out and I would not receive the other piece. Their solution? I could get money back if I send the half set back OR I could receive 50% of my store credit. Horrible customer service.

Great variety of styles available, easy to use app, fast delivery and always great service/communication when arranging returns. :)

The "Happiness Team" is amazing. Their responses are fast and they will always do their best to make the customer happy. I asked for a refund which is against their policy but after talking to upper management they approved it and have been so patient and understanding. Showpo clothes are pretty hot and miss size wise for me but their customer service makes me wish i had better luck. Highly highly recommend :)

I received two gorgeous dresses great quality, unfortunately one didn't fit so I sent it back and April from Showpo customer service was really helpful with this, and it was also the quickest and most efficient customer service I have had from a brand. Would definitely recommend Showpo!

I have always found the customer service at Showpo to be exceptional and their dresses extremely cute. I wouldn't hesitate to continue to purchase from this online site.

I finally bought a bunch of clothes from Showpo in December. Unfortunately the fit on some of the dresses didn't suit me. I returned them and was able to track the courier. There was a period where my refund wasn't processed in the advised time frame, but on the same day I contacted them about it, they processed it immediately. Makes a nice change from other websites that take ages, that aren't transparent and have bots as customer service. Really appreciate it.

Showpo clothing is the worst quality ever, I've ordered from them twice and both orders I've had to return because the sizing is horrendous, the quality is honestly so cheap it feels like its from a $1 store.

I've been a customer of Showpo for couple years now. I'm always so impressed at the quality of the clothing, and the stellar customer service that I have received. I really enjoy the styles, and I love the Afterpay option!
